Where to Stay
There are many great hotels around Dallas. We have courtesy room blocks at the Fairmont and at the Lorenzo. The Fairmont has a conference that week, so their price is $219/night. The Lorenzo is $149/night. Of course, if you have loyalty points at a different hotel brand or find a cheaper price available online, feel free to stay wherever. These are courtesy room blocks, so there’s zero obligation to fill them.
Flights to Dallas
We have 2 nearby airports (DAL and DFW). Both are excellent options.
Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is closer (6 miles away).
Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is also very close (19 miles away).
Getting to the Hotels
We recommend taking Uber or Lyft to and from the airport.
There’s no need for a rental car.
